"For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?" - Isaiah 43:19
There's something exciting about stepping into a new season. It's filled with fresh opportunities, renewed vision, and the undeniable presence of God leading the way. As we celebrate 100 years of ministry, we are standing on the shoulders of those who came before us - faithful believers who built a strong foundation in faith, service, and love.
And yet, while we honor our past, we must also embrace what's ahead. Change can be difficult, especially in the church. New ways of doing things, new faces stepping into leadership, and new opportunities to reach our community can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. But as people of faith, we are called not to resist the new but to seek God in it.
With our newly relaunched website, we have a fresh way to connect, communicate, and share our mission with the world. But a website it just a tool - the real work happens when we, the body of Christ, step forward to serve. This season is an invitation to recommit, to find your place in ministry, and to be an active part of what God is doing through our church.
As we embark on the next 100 years, let's not be content with just attending. Let's engage. Let's build. Let's be a lighthouse in our community, shining God's love into every corner of our city. Whether through outreach, worship, discipleship, or simply being available to those in need, there is a role for each of us to play. Something new is happening. And you are a part of it.
Are you ready?
Let's move forward - together.
